This day I am going to be teaching a sound a gami class this morning at Highland Park.

This classes theme will be all about growth & transformation. I will show you how to fold an origami butterfly . Then we will pick up an oracle card, and share it with everyone. And we will also write down what we want to work on within ourselves to grow and change, transform, and share. Then a lovely sound bathe to end class, and peace for your day.

A respectful donation for the class, $10-$20, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Bring a yoga mat or a blanket, something you’ll feel comfortable on. I will be located in the park if you start at the conservatory path, and go through the magnolias up over the hill, there will be a path to your right, go around the bend to a valley in between trees.
