Hi everyone! I will be teaching my Sound-A-Gami class.

This class will consist of learning how to create an origami leaf, with reflection of what it means to let go.

We will write out different personal reflections for the fall season on our own personal list that we will make in class. Then following up after, I will give everyone a sound bathe.

If you have never had a sound bathe before, its a meditative practice, where I come by with instruments and play them for you, when you're in a relax/calm state.

At the end of the class, we will share our experiences, and close.

This class will be held at Frequency Wellness Space.
